DIRECTIONS TO US

Starting from Locarno, after the town of Gordevio, when you reach the "RONCHINI DI AURIGENO" bus stop near the VILLA D'EPOCA restaurant, take the narrow road on the left with restricted access for residents only labeled "via ala ciosascia" that will lead you to parking spaces marked with a blue "P" sign.

Park your vehicle and walk about 40 meters to the right, and just after "CASA ORIANA," you will find our entrance at number 28 with the letterbox containing the keys.

We are a 3-minute drive before reaching the town of Maggia.

PARKING

There are 4 public parking spaces nearby.

The closest one is about 40 meters from our Rustici (marked with a blue sign - see map P1).

The second closest parking is only the 3 spaces on the uphill turn to the right, coming from Locarno, located on the side of Hotel Villa D'EPOCA (see map P2).

Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking areas on our map, leaving passage space for other vehicles, and do not enter private roads or parking spaces to avoid unnecessary fines.

KITCHEN AND COFFEE

In the kitchen, you will find glasses, cutlery, plates, kitchen utensils, pots, and salad dressings. We have Melita-type coffee filters or the classic moka pot available for your use.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The accommodation is provided with all bed linens and towels.

Unfortunately, we do not have a storage space or the possibility to store your luggage before or after your stay.

The property has electric heaters, so we do not provide firewood for the 33 cm wood stoves or charcoal for outdoor grilling.
